What is the standard shipping time for sports equipment?
We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your proximity to Hood River.
Do you offer a warranty on high-performance gear?
Yes, all our technical equipment comes with a 1-year manufacturer warranty against defects. Normal wear and tear from extreme sports usage is not covered.
What is your return policy for apparel and hardware?
We offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that safety equipment like helmets cannot be returned once the seal is broken.
Can I track my order once it has shipped?
Absolutely. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery progress.
Do you provide international shipping?
Currently, Doug's Hood River ships within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international destinations soon.
