At Doug's Hood River, we want to ensure you have the right gear for your next adventure. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal or contact our customer service team with your order number to begin the return or exchange process.

  Ensure all items are in their original, unused condition with tags attached and securely packed in the original shipping box.

  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
